My name is Armen Kai Kinard. I go by Kai. I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. I’ve worked several years in property management in Montana, where I met my beautiful wife, Heather. We moved to Maui with our two daughters to be closer to my mother. We love going for bike rides, catching and finding the neatest shells on the beach.

Thank you for welcoming me into your community. I look forward to serving you and your Ohana as well as getting to know everyone.

Aloha and Farewell to our Site Manager, Sean Housman

After years of dedicated service, our Site Manager, Sean Housman, has resigned. Many thanks to Sean for his dedication to our quality of life at Kamalani, and for his professional accomplishments here. Best of success to Sean as he pursues other professional interests. We will miss his warm smile and radiant personality.

Code of Ethics

You must be a legal owner to serve on the Board.  Board members are expected to commit to a “Code of Ethics”, that includes attendance and participation.  Please request a copy from Marilyn if you would like to review as you prepare your Statement of Interest.

CALENDAR

November 6 - The Annual Meeting (for 2020 and 2021, thanks to COVID) will be held virtually, per the Governor’s “Rules for Businesses, Operations, and Activities”, as follows “...In accordance with Act 83 (2021), condominiums ... must conduct meetings remotely … consistent with state law.” Owners can expect to receive, in advance, an annual meeting packet and notice of the meeting.

November19 - Tentative. Next quarterly Board meeting. Board meetings have changed from monthly to quarterly. New Board will schedule board meetings. Watch postings on a Kamalani marqui for sign-on details and the time. All owners are invited to attend
