Important - Exterior Building Wash

Aloha Kamalani Community,

On Monday (11/9/20), we are beginning the exciting process of having all our buildings washed. This is so needful seeing that over the last couple of years we have had fires, wind, and lots of dust and ash building up on the walls of Kamalani. Included in this washing, we will also be having the rain gutters and windows cleaned as well.

What you should know:

Work will begin at 8AM each day.
The contractor will be accessing your back yard area by using a special ladder. You do not need to allow access to the inside of your unit. Please know that we will not be held responsible for any damage to personal items you leave outside during the washing.

What you should do:

Make sure to bring anything that you don’t want to get wet inside just for the day that your unit is scheduled to be cleaned. We are aware that it is holiday season and this may be a slight inconvenience to you if you have decorated, however it is only for one day and our buildings need it. Please move all personal items that are up against a wall.

if you have a fan or an air conditioning unit in a window of your unit, please make sure to take it down for the day.
Please close and lock all windows and doors by 7AM the morning of the cleaning of your building.

For town home models, please park in your garage or elsewhere on the day of the wash so we do not get overspray on your vehicle.

Again, it is very important to make sure that you bring anything that you don’t want to get wet inside. We will not be held responsible for damages.
