COVID Updates:

We have pushed our Annual Meeting further back, due to COVID restrictions. Further, we want to remind everyone of our Mayor’s emergency order that masks must be worn when outside. Mahalo for your kokua!

Newsletter Volunteer Needed:

We’d love the community to help with our newsletter. If anyone is interested in contributing to our monthly newsletter - please contact Sean. There were reports of a resident giving our community feedback on our previous newsletters. Thank you for the feedback - we’d love to have your help!

New Owners:

There have been lots of new residents within our community. Owners, please ensure that you remind your property manager or new tenants that they need to register renters on our website and provide them with a copy of the house rules. It helps for a more pleasant move in experience.

Street Lights:

We have had some traction with the two street lights, and hope to have them replaced very soon.

Midges:

We continue to have issues with these pesky bugs. We’ve reached out to our neighbors at the Keālia Pond National Wildlife Refuge, and our pest vendor Mid Pacific, and they have shared that the Department of Land and Resources is working on addressing this issue. We're trying to find out more information on how long this occurs, what we can do, and hope to share updates as we have them.

Trash:

Please continue to break down all boxes when placing them in the trash bins! We’ve had some complaints of full bins having trash fly away. If a bin is full, please visit another nearby bin to dispose of your trash. We also receive an extra charge if trash is overflowing within our bins. Mahalo for your understanding!
