Kamalani’s Board of Directors holds regular board meetings via Zoom, typically planned for the second Monday of each month (scheduling subject to change). Meeting notices are posted digitally here and posted physically on property.

Unit owners are welcome to attend board meetings. If you wish to attend, please arrive early to check in.

Annual Meeting

Each spring, the Kamalani Association of Unit Owners (AOUO) holds an annual meeting. Additional information will be shared with unit owners as the date approaches.

Pest Control

On a quarterly basis, pest control is completed throughout common areas of the property. The 2025 pest control schedule is:

• Wednesday, September 3, 2025

• Wednesday, December 3, 2025

Service is scheduled to begin on the property at 8am. Owners who wish to schedule interior service for their unit on the same day may contact Mid Pacific Pest Control directly to coordinate.
